I see it all the time.
Clients come to me frustrated, telling me they’ve tried everything. Nineteen-step skincare routines that cost over a thousand dollars. Cabinets full of serums, acids, and masks. They’ve taken advice from influencers who swear the answer is cutting out essential nutrients like vitamin B12 or choline, while promoting invasive procedures that might give quick results but rarely last.

But what if there was another way?

What if, instead of stabbing our skin with needles or injecting toxins into our facial muscles (and if that’s your choice, you do you), we could work with our bodies? What if the key to healthier, calmer, more radiant skin wasn’t found in a jar, but in supporting our gut, liver, and other pathways of elimination?

That’s the gut-skin connection, and once you understand it, skincare starts to look a whole lot simpler.
