"Herbalism is not a race. It is not something to master or perfect. It is a relationship, and like any relationship, it takes time. The plants are patient."

Gorgeous reflection, thank you for sharing a more personal anecdote!

I like Mountain Rose Herbs’ i haven’t really found a place locally. I’ve heard of Herbal Magick Inc up in Lockport. I have not visited and not know the quality.

Thank you for this ❣️ I have been trying to get into learning but have been so overwhelmed on where to start with little finances to invest. This article makes it so much easier!

“All of this is herbalism, and all of it belongs.” Thank you for sharing such valuable words. Effortless to read through. And sound advice for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the need for perfection here. Starting small, going slowly, and getting to know your herbs is the way 🌱 I have only 5 or 6 jars of dried herbs on my shelf for teas and create different blends for myself and others as small gestures. A little goes a long way and I am always warmed by the feedback of a simple tea bag of hand blended herbs not weighed nor measured, just assembled with curiosity. I’ll be sticking around - I like it here ☺️

I've enjoyed reading this so much, thank you! I've been on my herb journey for about 27 yrs. I'm still learning and deepening my connection whenever possible. Thanks!

I absolutely loved reading this. There’s so much information out there and it can feel draining and confusing, for sure. I’m a big believer in camomile as I’m drinking it daily for its calming properties. Glad to see if made your list!
